How does AI Cartoonize work?
Simply upload your drawing or sketch, and our AI will automatically enhance it and remove the background. You can then choose from various products like mugs, t-shirts, stickers, and more to print your artwork on.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept JPG, PNG, and most common image formats. For best results, use high-resolution images with clear lines and good contrast.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the US. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is also available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for defective or damaged items. Since products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind unless there's a quality issue.
Can I order multiple products with the same design?
Yes! You can add multiple products with the same design to your cart. Each product type (mug, t-shirt, etc.) can be customized with your artwork.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for orders of 10+ items. Contact us for custom pricing on bulk orders.
What if I'm not satisfied with the AI enhancement?
Our AI works best with clear drawings and sketches. If you're not satisfied with the enhancement, you can try uploading a different version of your image or contact our support team for assistance.
Are there any size limitations for uploaded images?
Images should be under 4MB for optimal upload performance. For best quality results, we recommend uploading images that are at least 300 DPI and 1000x1000 pixels. If your image is larger, please compress or resize it before uploading.
How do I track my order?
After your order is processed, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package through our shipping partner's website.
Do you ship internationally?
